Here’s an example menu for a day:

  • Lunch: Big Salad with Tuna and/or Chicken
  • Dinner: Steak with Vegetables

Now, most people have trouble losing weight (and fat) because they are eating foods that block the release of their fat.

Foods you want to avoid are:

That’s a good starting list, but I would say that when you’re out shopping; just think like a caveman, and think of what food is truly natural.

You will find that pasta isn’t something that grows in nature. If you stick to meat, fish, seafood, chicken, (some) fruits, vegetables, and berries for 30 days, your weight will come off faster than ever.

How Much Do I Need to Exercise?

The good news is: if you’re eating the right foods, you hardly need to exercise at all.

But if you want to put your fat loss on overdrive, then the best results you will see are from lifting weights, or anything that puts a strain on your muscles.

It has been scientifically proven that jogging, aerobics, and the like burn fat very slowly, compared to something like an intense weight training session.

Now, you don’t have to lift huge weights. You just need to lift some weights. If you do this, you probably do not have to exercise more than 1-3 times a week to supercharge your fat loss.

To be honest, you don’t need any supplements.

Focus on buying high-quality food, such as grass-fed beef and vegetables.
